Mr. Barthelemy is a distinguished economist and a seasoned expert in banking and investment operations. His career spans multiple sectors and is characterized by his innovative contributions to financial restructuring and ETF platform development.

Born and raised in Haiti, Mr. Barthelemy moved to the United States at the age of fifteen, driven by a desire to seize new opportunities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Applied Economics, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in economic policy. His academic pursuits reflect a lifelong dedication to understanding and shaping economic policy.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Barthelemy has played a pivotal role in the development and launch of 12 ETF funds across the United States and Canada. His strategic expertise includes managing SMA strategies, rebalancing, trade execution, variance reporting, and best execution reporting. He is also adept at board reporting and has cultivated strong relationships with trading partners and clients. His negotiation skills have been central to building comprehensive ETF platforms, encompassing custodial services, transfer agents, fund accounting, administrative services, auditing, and distribution networks.

Beyond his financial accomplishments, Mr. Barthelemy has extensive experience in trade and receivable finance and is a dedicated real estate investor. His ability to combine financial acumen with strategic innovation has earned him recognition as a leader in investment operations.

 

When he isn’t immersed in his professional work, Mr. Barthelemy enjoys reading widely, with a particular interest in economics, physics, and religion. An avid golfer, he also values quality time with his family.
